What do you do at Become? I work alongside care experienced young people helping them to achieve their full potential, through empowering them to take an active role in the key decisions that affect them. This may look like 1:1 young person-centred coaching and support, group workshops or training.
Can you say a bit about your past experience and qualifications? Since graduating university, I have worked with a wide range of young people in various settings from schools to within the community. I have a degree in Psychology and a masters in youth and community work.
What do you like about working at Become? Young people’s voices are at the heart of Become, and the charity serves as a platform to get those voices heard.
What drives you? Helping others and kindness.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? I love to travel and experience new cultures. I aim to reach 40 countries by the time I turn 40.
